Giving personal attention to customers in a busy store

Though the ordering in Magicwant is done in a completely contactless interface, there is also an option for the guest to call you in case he/she needs any assistance. They would use the 'Holler button' from their interface which immediately gets notified to the Store Team through the ShopOps app.

Customers can find the Holler button at the bottom corner of their screen once they have initiated the ordering process. Once the Holler button is pressed, the concerned team member will know the exact location from where the call came from and can attend to the same.
